# Terms

## Use of this research

Frontera Signal publishes general market information for the Rio Grande Valley. It is not investment, financial, tax, legal, lending or real estate advice, and it is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion or an opinion of value of any specific property. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any property or security, and it is not a bid. Figures come from public records and outside sources that can be revised or wrong; we correct our own errors in public on the [corrections page](https://fronterasignal.com/corrections/). Talk to a licensed professional before you make decisions.

## Using the issues and data

Issues are free to read and to share with a link. Our own analysis, charts and compilations, including the public JSON data, may be used with attribution to "Frontera Signal" and a link to fronterasignal.com (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0). Figures that come from third parties remain subject to their owners' terms, and we credit them where their owners require it. Don't present our work as your own or imply we endorse you.

## Subscriptions

The weekly email is free. Each paid report shows its price and billing period next to the checkout button before you pay. Monthly subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. To cancel, write to [hello@fronterasignal.com](mailto:hello@fronterasignal.com): we cancel the same day we read your message and refund any charge made after you wrote.

## Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site in bulk, overload our systems, or use the subscribe form for anyone but yourself.

## No warranty

THE SITE, ISSUES AND DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ACCURACY.

## Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of Frontera Signal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

## Law and venue
